In the crisp autumn air, amidst the fragrant osmanthus blossoms, and in the joyful afterglow of the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations, Shandding Group held a grand commendation ceremony to celebrate the success of its double-holiday sales campaign. During this double-holiday period, all employees united their efforts and strived diligently, successfully achieving all predetermined goals and even achieving breakthroughs in several performance areas.

During this double-holiday period, all employees united their efforts and strived diligently, successfully achieving all predetermined goals and even achieving breakthroughs in several performance areas.

General Manager's Speech: Using Hard Work as the Pen to Write a New Chapter for Shandding

At the beginning of the ceremony, General Manager Mu took the stage to deliver a speech, his tone filled with satisfaction and excitement: 'During the double-holiday period, everyone worked tirelessly on the front lines with the spirit of 'seizing time and striving for performance.' This dedication, day and night, is the foundation for Shandding's upward growth!' He affirmed the breakthrough achievements of this campaign and encouraged all employees: 'Today's achievements are not the end, but a new beginning – I hope everyone will continue this spirit of hard work and jointly push Shandding to new heights.'

Campaign Data Presentation: Top Teams Exceed Targets, Group Performance Leads the Way

As the data display boards were unveiled, the results of the double-holiday sales campaign were officially revealed:

Top Teams Exceed Targets: The God of War Team (basic target completion rate 160.47%, challenge target 125.51%, sprint target completion rate 107.49%), the Wolf Warrior Team (basic target completion rate 153.84%, challenge target 118.70%, sprint completion rate 101.88%), and the Shandding Battle Team (basic target completion rate 157.23%, challenge target 122.16%, sprint completion rate 104.73%) all exceeded their sprint targets, becoming the 'performance benchmarks' of this campaign. The group's overall performance was strong: the group's total performance was excellent, with a basic target completion rate of 130.70%, close to the challenge target (completion rate 98.91%), demonstrating strong growth momentum. Other teams made steady progress: the Strong Team, the King Team, and the Mini Excavator Team all achieved their basic targets, and will summarize their experiences and prepare for future breakthroughs. Awards Ceremony: Multiple Honors Unveiled, a Grand Celebration of Achievements

The venue erupted in applause as several prestigious awards were presented:  Outstanding Team Leader Award: Han Susu, captain of the God of War team, and Zhao Yuanzhong, captain of the Strongest Team, won this honor for their outstanding leadership, leading their teams to victory in the PK competition and exceeding their sprint goals;

Million Dollar Hero Award: Li Yuelong of the God of War team and Zhao Yuanzhong of the Strongest Team were awarded the 'Million Dollar Hero' title for their outstanding performance and contributions.

Pioneer Award: Wang Kun from the Wolf Warriors team, Han Susu from the War Gods team, Zhao Yuanzhong from the Strongmen team, and Zhang Jifa from the Kings team (the first pioneer from each team to complete the basic objectives) will receive the 'Chairman's Luxurious Banquet' reward – a celebration of their hard work and achievements with Moutai and high-end wine.

Driving the entire team's sales performance through a commission-based system.

Reward Objective: This incentive policy is formulated to motivate employees in all departments, foster a collaborative sales environment, and enhance team cohesion. This closing ceremony was a successful review of the efforts during the double-holiday sales period and the starting point of a new journey. All members of Shandian Group will carry this honor and enthusiasm, and with even greater energy, dedicate themselves to the next battle, continuing to write a glorious chapter of achievement.

The winning team enjoyed a lavish feast.

At the end of the celebration, the group's top leaders and other executives led the victorious team to the dining hotel for a celebratory dinner.
