Rising to New Heights, Embracing Innovation, and with Unstoppable Momentum: Shanding Group's 2025 Mid-Year Conference Successfully Concludes.

On July 7th, Shanding Group held its mid-year meeting for 2025.  All Shanding employees gathered together to review the hard work and achievements of the first half of the year and to look forward to the promising plans for the second half.

At the beginning of the meeting, all employees watched the company's promotional video. Every frame of the video showcased the hard work and dedication of the employees of Shanding, who diligently worked in their respective positions and achieved remarkable results.

The exciting team game segment – the 'Poetry and Painting Challenge' – kicked off. Six teams showcased their talents, using their intelligence and teamwork to complete one challenge after another. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and cheers, and the awards ceremony brought the event to a climax. The representatives of the winning teams proudly walked onto the stage to receive their awards, and their colleagues in the audience congratulated them with enthusiastic applause.

Following this, Chairman Mu Wenchao delivered his semi-annual summary. He reviewed the company's achievements in various areas during the first half of the year and also provided an in-depth analysis of the current challenges and opportunities. At the same time, the Chairman provided a detailed explanation of the year-end dividend distribution, outlining the direction for future efforts and clarifying the responsibilities and goals for every employee at Shanding.

During the intense meeting, lighthearted and fun icebreaker games were introduced at opportune moments. Everyone actively participated, relaxing and bonding with each other through the games, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere.

The exciting moment has arrived again! The company has awarded performance-based bonuses to the Excavator Division, Forklift Division, International Trade Division, and Operations Department II. This is not only a high recognition of their hard work in the first half of the year, but also an encouragement and expectation for the future. During the excellent business practices sharing session, two outstanding colleagues shared their successful experiences and valuable insights without reservation, inspiring every colleague present and providing valuable lessons for their future work.

Finally, General Manager Mu Wenjin delivered a speech, bringing the mid-year meeting to a successful conclusion.
