June 1st: The battle begins!

July 15th: The battle concludes successfully!

Looking back at the past 45 days,

We saw them working late into the night,

And witnessed their tireless efforts.

Although this battle has ended,

The real challenges are yet to come.

The people of Shanding Group will confidently face these challenges,

And move towards a brighter future.

At the beginning of the meeting, everyone watched videos showcasing scenes from the 45-day sales campaign, including client negotiations, production, after-sales service, shipping, and online marketing. Seeing familiar faces and reflecting on the efforts made and the rewards received, everyone felt that all the hard work was worthwhile!

During the intense sales campaign, performance was paramount, and many sales team members won awards, including Sales Champion, Top Order Closer, Best Pioneer, Million Dollar Hero, and Best Sales Award; of course, the support from the back-end team was also crucial, with the operations team providing leads, sourcing matching equipment, and offering administrative support. Through their efforts, they also earned their well-deserved recognition; finally, the 'Thunder Team' that spearheaded the campaign truly showcased the spirit of women being just as capable as men.

This major sales competition involved 108 companies.  Shanding Group appointed Manager Zhang Song as the overall commander for the competition. Under his leadership and guidance, all parties worked together, and finally, at 11:58 PM on July 15th, they secured a deal, achieving a perfect conclusion and winning first place among the 108 participating teams, bringing unique glory to Shanding Group.

Of course, where there are rewards, there are also penalties. The other teams that didn't meet their performance targets learned from their experiences and mistakes, and duly accepted the negative consequences as agreed upon. We believe they will strive to earn their own honor next time.

Many outstanding individuals emerged during the intense competition.  They came from different departments, worked on different products, and possessed diverse backgrounds, yet they all shared a tenacious spirit, persevering until the very end. The insights and experiences they shared are invaluable and worth learning from.
