Shanding Group's 2025 kick-off meeting was successfully held.

On February 3, 2025, Shanding Group successfully held its 2025 annual kick-off meeting. All company employees gathered together to review the achievements of the past year and look forward to the development plan for the new year.

At the beginning of the meeting, the managers of each department took turns presenting their reports and summaries.

The Human Resources Manager pointed out that in 2024, the company achieved significant results in talent recruitment, successfully attracting several industry elites, injecting new blood into the company's development. However, there are still some challenges in talent retention, and the loss of personnel in some key positions has had a certain impact on the work. In the 2025 work plan, the company will further optimize the compensation and benefits system, strengthen corporate culture building, create a better working environment, and improve employees' sense of belonging and loyalty.

The Finance Manager provided a detailed report on the company's financial performance in 2024.  The data showed steady revenue growth and a significant increase in profits over the past year. However, there were areas for improvement in cost control, with some project expenses exceeding the budget. In 2025, the finance department will strengthen budget management,

strictly control all cost expenditures, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the company's continued healthy financial development. The Sales Manager shared the sales performance and market expansion efforts of the past year. Despite fierce market competition, the sales team successfully achieved its annual sales targets thanks to their professional sales skills and proactive market development efforts,

and made breakthroughs in several key markets. In 2025, the sales department will strengthen customer relationship management, establish a more comprehensive customer service system, and improve customer satisfaction.  They will also actively expand into new markets and customer segments,

striving for further growth in sales performance.

The Operations Department manager summarized the company's work in operations management. In 2024, the company improved operational efficiency and reduced operating costs by optimizing business processes. In 2025, the Operations Department will strengthen departmental systems, continuously refine operational strategies, and approach its work with even greater enthusiasm and a more rigorous attitude.

After the department managers finished their reports, Chairman Mu commented on and provided guidance on the work of each department. He fully affirmed the achievements of each department over the past year and also offered specific suggestions and recommendations for improvement on the problems identified. He pointed out that over the past year, Shandding Group has steadily progressed in market competition, achieving not only significant growth in performance but also making substantial progress in product development, team building, and brand influence.

Following this, the launch meeting reached its most exciting moment—the sales and operations departments made their solemn pledges. Each sales and operations team stood proudly at the front, unfolding their written pledges, and raising their fists in a vow: 'In 2025, we will overcome all difficulties and dedicate ourselves wholeheartedly to achieving our performance targets. If we fail to meet these targets, we will accept the consequences. Our word is our bond, and we will fulfill our mission!'

General Manager Mu highly praised the determination of the sales and operations departments and then delivered a speech, beginning by expressing his sincere gratitude to all employees for their hard work and dedication over the past year. He mentioned that in the past year, all departments of the company have demonstrated tenacious fighting spirit and excellent execution capabilities. In the new year, all departments should work closely together to form a synergy and jointly promote the company's development.

The successful launch meeting clarified the work direction and goals for 2025 for all employees, and inspired their enthusiasm and fighting spirit.
