Shanding Group 2023 Awards Ceremony and 2024 New Year's Gala

Over the past year, we have experienced two intense performance challenges. The people of Shanding have stood together, weathering the storms side by side, overcoming numerous difficulties with unwavering perseverance and tireless effort to successfully navigate 2023.  As the Lunar New Year approaches, we gather together to look ahead to 2024.

I. Performance Review and Reporting Session

First, the heads of each department presented their year-end performance reports, while also outlining new plans and strategies for 2024.  Their words reflected both joy and regret, but all expressed boundless hope for 2024.

Chairman Mu delivered a speech, summarizing the company's work throughout the year, highlighting lessons learned and achievements, and outlining the direction for development in 2024.

II. Awards and Recognition Ceremony

The group also established awards such as the Touching Figures Award, Mission Accomplished Award, Best Mentor Award, Perfect Attendance Award, Annual Progress Award, Dedication Award, and Incentive Award to recognize those employees who performed exceptionally well, collaborated efficiently, and contributed to the overall success of the company.

III. Performance Segment

Each department prepared performances for the annual meeting, showcasing diverse styles and captivating performances.  The cheers and applause were thunderous, creating an incredibly lively atmosphere.

Looking ahead, we still have many goals to achieve and many challenges to overcome. But we believe that as long as we stand united and continue to uphold our team spirit, 2024 will undoubtedly bring even greater achievements, and the people of Shanding will surely succeed.
